Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The Spark Digital Marketing Agency Referral Program (the "Program") allows eligible participants ("Referrers") to earn rewards by referring small businesses ("Referred Businesses") to Spark Digital Marketing Agency ("Spark"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals 18 years or older. You do not need to be a current or past client of Spark to participate. Employees and contractors of Spark may participate but are not eligible for monetary rewards.
A "Referred Business" is a small business with no prior relationship with Spark. Referrals must result in a signed contract for eligible services to qualify for rewards.
Referral Submission
Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form on Spark’s website with complete and accurate details, including the Referred Business's name, contact information, and details about the decision-maker, as well as your contact information to receive the reward.
Referrals submitted after the Referred Business has already contacted Spark or signed a contract are not eligible.
Reward Structure
Referrers will receive a $100 digital gift card for each Referred Business that signs a contract for services valued at $5,000 or more within 90 days of the referral date.
Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the Referred Business signing a qualifying contract and making an initial payment. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers are allowed.
Rewards may be subject to taxes. Referrers are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
Limitations
A Referrer may submit multiple referrals, but only the first Referrer to submit a specific Referred Business will be eligible for the reward.
Self-referrals or referrals of businesses owned or controlled by the Referrer are not eligible. Referrals from automated systems or bulk submissions are prohibited.
General Conditions
Spark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Spark reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Spark does not guarantee that referred businesses will sign contracts or qualify for rewards.
By participating, Referrers consent to Spark using their information for Program-related communication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
